I was first drawn to yoga for the physical and practical benefits it provides. It quickly turned into a form of self-expression that has filled me with love, inspiration, gratitude, strength and balance. I am constantly learning, growing and evolving on and off my mat, but I feel at home on my mat. I love the challenge of a vigorous whole body workout that also works the mind, heart and spirit. Yoga is a transformational practice that has become my lifestyle of harmony, joy and compassion. I believe we are all teachers and students in this life. We all have an inner fire and desire to learn.
